Questions

1. How should i place order?
You can place your order with the order form under FAQ, Fill in either the item name or the item number beside the items, the color/fragrance and amount and post it under comments or email us at xuanyeow@gmail.com.

2. How should i make payment?
We would prefer ibank transfer or through paypal. Please make your payment to POSB 126-96435-8.

3. When should i make payment?
You can make payment once we confirm that the items you ordered are available via email. Please take note of the transfer reference number and email us once the payment is being made for our future reference.

4. When will you receive your items?
You should be able to receive your items within one or two week after payment is made. For overseas postage, it may take slightly longer.

5. How is the items transferred?
They will be transferred by postage normally, unless otherwise stated.

6. Exchange / Refund
Exchanges will be stated in the post if available, otherwise, no exchange will be allowed.

Shopping District currently do not have a refund policy. Please check for defects once you received your products. Please report to us within 5 days( day 1 = item posted out) if there are any defects.

7. Quality
Please note that all our items are new and unused. Shopping District aims to provide the best for its customers at all times.
